This event sets a positive example for the society, making Ukrainians believe in their own strength, respect themselves and feel proud for their homeland. Since 2004, over one hundred Ukrainians from all over the country have become the Prize laureates. Each year, over four million people watch the recorded version of the award ceremony - it is nearly one in ten Ukrainians.
