Javier Solana, former European Union High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy and Secretary General of the Council of the EU, has joined the board of Yalta European Strategy
Project entitled "Pan-Ukrainian Agrarian Summer School-2010", aimed at the scholarship winners of the nationwide program "ZAVTRA.UA" of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, starts on 12 July.
