The Victor Pinchuk Foundation has opened 6 Neonatal Centers "Cradles of Hope" under New Life National Project

As part of the "New Life" project in 2012, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation has already provided equipment for 6 Neonatal Centers "Cradles of Hope" in different regions of Ukraine.

In 2011 the Victor Pinchuk Foundation became a partner of the national project “New Life” initiated by the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, and made a commitment to supply intensive care units for newborns with modern medical equipment, allocating for this purpose UAH 100 million.

Within this partnership the Victor Pinchuk Foundation equips new intensive care units and completes fitting out previously established centers for newborns under the Foundation’s program "Cradles of Hope" with a strategic mission to save life and health of every child born in Ukraine.

The "Cradle of Hope" program is in progress since June 2006.Overall, since its inception, 26 hospitals in 21 regions of Ukraine have been fitted out with modern medical equipment, to nurse infants. In addition, the program regularly offers workshops, seminars, field conferences featuring the best specialists from Ukraine and abroad.

To date, “Cradles of Hope” Neonatal Centers have been opened in Chernihiv, Volodymyrets (Rivne region), Lutsk, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk (2 centers), Kyiv (3 centers), Chernivtsi, Bakhchysarai, Izmail, Odesa, Simferopol, Donetsk, Khmelnytsky, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zhytomyr, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolayiv, Ternopil, Sumy and Uzhgorod.

Since program launch, 163 335 infants have been born in partner hospitals, 28 242 of them were patients of the intensive care centers "Cradles of Hope". According to doctors, 13 287 babies were saved thanks, among other factors, to the equipment supplied by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.

Total investment of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation into the "Cradles of Hope” since program launch amounts to UAH 58 497 375. 00 (including UAH 21 583 915. 32 spent on the joint project of "New Life”).

FROM UKRAINE: DARE TO DREAM OPENS IN VENICE A Collateral Event of the 60th International Art Exhibition — La Biennale di Venezia Presented by the PinchukArtCentre and the Victor Pinchuk Foundation

Venice, Italy, 19 April 2024 - The Victor Pinchuk Foundation and the PinchukArtCentre present an official collateral event of the 60th International Art Exhibition — La Biennale di Venezia. Entitled From Ukraine: Dare to Dream, when the world is in constant fear, the exhibition opened at the Palazzo Contarini Polignac in Venice on 18 April 2024 and is open until 1 August 2024.

State-of-the-art rehabilitation centre for wounded soldiers RECOVERY opened in Poltava

From now on, the innovative rehabilitation centre for the military RECOVERY will operate in Poltava. This is the 12th centre of the all-Ukrainian network founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It will provide free and evidence-based rehabilitation services to 2,000 servicemen and women annually.

Another branch of the innovative rehabilitation centre RECOVERY, which has been providing free assistance to wounded soldiers since April 2023, has been opened in Odesa. From now on, more than 1,500 defenders of Ukraine will be able to recover here every year.
