The Victor Pinchuk Foundation is a member of the European Foundation Center and the Ukrainian Grantmakers Forum and a partner of Yalta European Strategy. A modern and comfortable mental health center for military personnel, veterans, and their family members has started operating in the city of Dnipro. This is the first center of the nationwide network RETURNING (ukr. POVERNENNYA), founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support Ukraine’s security and defense forces. Every year, more than 4,000 defenders of Ukraine and their family members will be able to receive comprehensive mental health support here.
Washington, D.C. – May 10, 2025 – The Atlantic Council has honored Ukrainian businessman and philanthropist Victor Pinchuk with its Distinguished Humanitarian Leadership Award. The award recognized Mr. Pinchuk's significant contributions to humanitarian efforts, particularly to support for Ukrainian military service members, veterans, and civilians suffering from war, as well as contributions to healthcare, education, and cultural and public diplomacy.
The Victor Pinchuk Foundation has covered the cost of repairing medical equipment and components for the neonatal intensive care unit of the Odesa Oblast Clinical Hospital's perinatal center. In particular, 5 reusable sensors for pulse oximeters, 5 temperature sensors, and 7 open resuscitation systems with automatic regulation were donated. The total cost of the sensors and repairs is UAH 168,121.
