The seventh mental health center of the nationwide RETURNING network has opened in Lutsk.19.11.2025
The seventh mental health center of the RETURNING (ukr. ПОВЕРНЕННЯ) network — founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support Ukraine’s Security and Defense Forces — has begun operating in Lutsk. Each year, four thousand service members, veterans, and their family members will be able to receive high-quality, comprehensive, and free psychological support here.

A comfortable and inclusive RETURNING (ukr. ПОВЕРНЕННЯ ) mental health center has opened in Khmelnytskyi — for service members, veterans, and their families. This is already the sixth facility of the national network founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support Ukraine’s Defense and Security Forces. 
At the conference of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation's Cradles of Hope programme, neonatologists from all regions of Ukraine discussed their experience of providing care to newborns in complex neonatal cases07.11.2025
On 6-7 November 2025, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation's Cradles of Hope programme held its 16th international scientific and practical conference in Kyiv on the topic of ‘Modern experience in providing care to newborns in complex neonatal cases’. |
