The plenary sessions of the 16th Yalta European Strategy (YES) Annual Meeting will be opened on September, 13 with statements from three presidents – President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Estonia Kersti Kaljulaid, and President of Finland Sauli Niinistö.
