The Victor Pinchuk Foundation will support the 10th Kyiv Security Forum (KSF), an annual event to high level discussions on the current issues in the Black Sea region and wider Europe, organized by Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation on April 6-7, 2017 in Kyiv.

This is part of the Foundation's long term investment into connecting Ukraine and the world, and fostering a high level discussion on Ukraine's role in the world. Among such activities are the Annual Meetings of Yalta European Strategy (YES) since 2004; the Ukrainian events in Davos since 2005; and in 2017 for the first time the Munich Ukrainian Lunch “Ukraine's security in a shifting world order” organized in the framework of the Munich Security Conference.

Within the 10th Kyiv Security Forum more than 600 Ukrainian and international leaders, representatives of political, business circles and civil society activists from more than 20 countries will gather in Kyiv to discuss global security trends and challenges in contemporary international relations.

Ukrainian and international specialists will forecast possible scenarios of developments in Ukraine and their aftermath and give expert advice as to the maintenance of stability and security in Europe and neighboring regions in the future.

The event is also supported by the NATO Information and Documentation Centre, the German Marshall Fund of the United States, and the Chatham House: the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Great Britain).

The annual international event Kyiv Security Forum, established by the Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation in 2007 is a platform to discuss the most pressing issues concerning the security in Europe and the Black Sea region. The Forum is aimed at promoting security cooperation between the European Union and the Black Sea Region, raising awareness of the development of security among key players and strengthening the role of independent and non-governmental actors in solving security problems in Europe.
