Philanthropic videoblog lauched on YouTube

The Victor Pinchuk Foundation introduced a thematic video blog davosukraine, dedicated to Davos Philanthropic Roundtable, within the YouTube video portal. The blog can be accessed by the link http://www.youtube.com/davosukraine

The video blog contains video-addresses and interviews by the participants of the Roundtable Discussion, as well as fragments from speeches made within the discussion.

Through the video blog participants and guests of the Roundtable Discussion have an opportunity to address the audience, share their experience of philanthropic project realization, state their opinion on relevant issues of philanthropy development, propose projects for joint realization, and the Philanthropic Founds may carry out the presentation of their projects.

The blog is publicly accessed. It shall be constantly updated as new video reports are recorded. Presently, the blog contains three video-addresses. All the visitors of the blog are free to leave their comments related to the materials seen, and ask questions to the authors of video-addressings.

Davos Philanthropic Roundtable 2008 gathers people from different countries of the world, who wish to make their contribution to society development and life improvement all over the world. Philanthropists, businessmen, social leaders and journalists from Ukraine, USA, Europe, China, India, Russia and Norway will discuss the ways of making philanthropy efficient, and its effects - real and sound. We introduce the video blog, representing views of well-known personalities and unique experience of people, successful within the field, as well as discussion fragments from the Davos Philanthropic Roundtable. We hope this will help involving more and more people and will lead to appearing of new philanthropists and new projects.

As was informed, on January, 24th Victor Pinchuk Foundation is holding The Philanthropic Roundtable in Davos. The event takes place in the Conference Hall of DerbyHotel Davos in free discussion format.
