Today, on September 29, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation has donated two modern ambulances to the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine. The medical specialists also received 410 fully equipped first aid emergency kits. Smith and Vista Equity Partners, Andrew and Nicola Forrest's Minderoo Foundation, Bill Ford and the General Atlantic Foundation.

The ambulances are equipped according to international standards on the basis of Volkswagen Crafter cars, have oxygen dilution for patients, sound and vibration insulation. The ambulances are equipped with an electrocardiograph and defibrillator monitor to control the patient's condition after resuscitation.

The Victor Pinchuk Foundation also donated 410 first aid emergency kits. One emergency kit is designed to provide emergency aid to 30 patients with complicated bleeding, penetrating chest wounds, burns, limb and spine injuries.

«We transport serious patients not only on the territory of Dnipropetrovska oblast. The war adds to the usual work evacuation of wounded defenders of Ukraine. The German Volkswagen Crafter is definitely a reliable vehicle. New ambulances are equipped with European and American medical equipment from the world's best manufacturers. We will provide all brigades of the region with first aid emergency kits, as well as will form a reserve with more bandages, infusion solutions and other consumables in case of emergencies,» says Radiy Shevchenko, Director of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Center for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine.

The Victor Pinchuk Foundation provides large-scale support to medics, the Armed Forces and internally displaced persons. In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the Victor and Elena Pinchuk Foundations have donated over $45.3 million to support the army, civilians and humanitarian projects.
