The Victor Pinchuk Foundation has opened Russian War Crimes House exhibition at NATO HQ in Brussels

The Russian War Crimes House exhibition opened at NATO HQ in Brussels on 6 July 2022. The project was organised by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation and the PinchukArtCentre in partnership with the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Ukrayinska Pravda and the Ukrainian Association of Professional Photographers, as well as the Ukrainian Mission to NATO and the NATO Public Diplomacy Division. It aims to help draw global attention to the horrifying reality of Russian aggression in Ukraine.

The exhibition at NATO HQ, which runs until 15 July, features "An incomplete map of Russian war crimes in Ukraine" as of 27 June 2022, as well as a video project by Oleksiy Sai, which begins with a statement by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and contains photographs by Mstyslav Chernov, Phillip Chin, Maxim Dondyuk, Pavel Dorogoy, Efrem Lukatsky, Mikhail Palinchak, Peter Sazonov, and Yevhenii Zavhorodnii, and audio recordings of telephone conversations between Russian soldiers and their families, in which they describe the atrocities they committed.

The Russian War Crimes House exhibition was first shown at the former Russia House in Davos during the World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting.

In September 2022, the exhibition is scheduled to open at the European Parliament, allowing a wider audience to see the evidence and hear the stories of some of the victims, thus offering an insight into the pain and devastation caused by Russia and, more importantly, into the true strength of the Ukrainian people and their identity.

The Russian War Crimes House exhibition will be on display in Kyiv's PinchukArtCentre a week later.
