Hugues Mingarelli, Head of the EU Delegation in Ukraine, met with scholars of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation's Zavtra.UA and WorldWideStudies education programmes

On April 26, 2018, EU Ambassador to Ukraine Hugues Mingarelli met with scholars of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation's Zavtra.UA and WorldWideStudies education programmes. The participants debated on the future development of Ukraine and its cooperation with the European Union.

Mr. Mingarelli shared his views on Ukraine’s prospects to join the European Union and possible scenarios for the development of the union in future. He also reminded about the need to develop an active and involved civil society to build up the country. In addition, issues such as the gender inequality, cultural legacy and Ukraine’s potential became the focus of a lively debate during the meeting.

The Victor Pinchuk Foundation regularly organizes meetings for its scholars to exchange views and set dialogue between the acting global leaders and new generations of leaders who will influence the building of the country’s future.
