The Victor Pinchuk Foundation takes a grab of the YouTube

The first piece to showcase on the videoblog was an address of Juergen Teller recorded before opening of "Ukraine" exhibit in the NYC

The Victor Pinchuk Foundation launched a regular videoblog www.youtube.com/pinchukfoundation on YouTube. First pieces on the videoblog are dedicated to "Ukraine" exhibit now on view in the Lehmann Maupin Gallery, NYC. These are interview of Juergen Teller before the opening, Juergen Teller showing around his works, interview with Jaroslav Kryshtalsky, President of the Ukrainian Institute of America, New York. 


The videoblog is public. It will be kept updated on the addresses, interviews and events the Foundation holds. The videoblog visitors can leave comments and pose questions on the items posted.

YouTube gateway features plenty of blogs and channels of philanthropic and non governmental organizations among which the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI), The One Campaign, One Voice, etc .

"Ukraine" Exhibition is on view at Lehmann Maupin Gallery in New York, USA (540 West 26 Street) from February, 7th - March, 16th. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10AM - 6PM.

Teller was commissioned, along with four other artists, by the PinchukArtCentre to interpret Ukraine for the 52nd International Venice Biennale 2007, where a selection from this series was first shown. This exhibition marks the first time an expanded version, along with other new works, will be shown in the United States. Among 51 works featuring in the NYC are portraits of ordinary Ukrainians, pictures of the night life of Kyiv, a special project carried out for one of the world leading fashion magazines - "W" engaging Ukrainian and foreign models. Exhibition also profiles pictures taken by Teller at "Interpipe" Tube Plant in Dnepropetrovsk.
