At the 7th Davos Ukrainian Lunch Viktor Yanukovych and Bronislaw Komorowski will discuss the role of EURO 2012 for the development of Ukraine and Poland

On Friday, 28 January 2011, in Davos (Switzerland), the Victor Pinchuk Foundation and international investment advisory group EastOne will hold the 7th Davos Ukrainian Lunch at the occasion of the Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum. This year’s Davos Ukrainian Lunch entitled ‘2012@PL&UA’ will feature President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and President of Poland Bronislaw Komorowski.

The key topics to be discussed include the preparations to the UEFA 2012 European Football Championship (EURO 2012) that will be jointly hosted by Poland and Ukraine. The two heads of states will also focus on issues like developing the countries’ tourism potential, ways of raising investments to fund major infrastructure projects, and fostering the European and global integration of Ukraine within the framework of the cooperation with Poland – the EURO–2012 is the first ever international project on that level between Poland and Ukraine.

Around 300 leaders from business, politics, the third sector and journalists will attend the event.
