WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO, the curator of Ukraine’s contribution to the 53rd Venice Biennale, couldn’t attend his own opening Thursday night, as he was preparing for a June 20 heavyweight title match. His brother, Vitali, did drop by, however, and the presence of one almost seven-foot, two-hundred-and-fifty pound boxer was enough to satisfy everyone.

The Victor Pinchuk Foundation has provided assistance to the Khmelnytsky City Perinatal Center

The Victor Pinchuk Foundation, as part of its systemic support of the Cradles of Hope partner centers, has paid for the repair of an ultrasound diagnostic machine, two artificial lung ventilation devices, three open resuscitation systems and purchased sensors, cables and injectors for the equipment in the anaesthesiology department with intensive care units for newborns and premature infants of the Khmelnytsky City Perinatal Centre. The cost of repairs and components amounted to UAH 174,633.
