“I FEEL the weight of history,” said Radek Sikorski, Poland’s foreign minister, at the Yalta European Strategy forum (set up by Viktor Pinchuk, a Ukrainian oligarch). The Victor Pinchuk Foundation, as part of its systemic support of the Cradles of Hope partner centers, has paid for the repair of an ultrasound diagnostic machine, two artificial lung ventilation devices, three open resuscitation systems and purchased sensors, cables and injectors for the equipment in the anaesthesiology department with intensive care units for newborns and premature infants of the Khmelnytsky City Perinatal Centre. The cost of repairs and components amounted to UAH 174,633.
