The plenary sessions of the 13th Annual Meeting of the Yalta European Strategy, “The World, Europe, Ukraine: Storms of Changes”, will start on the 17^th of September with a speech of Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman. Participants of the forum will discuss the course of reform in Ukraine during the debate with the head of the Ukrainian Government.
