The 8th Mental Health Center of the RETURNING Network Has Started Operating in Chernihiv27.11.2025
A comfortable and inclusive mental health center of the "RETURNING" (Ukrainian ПОВЕРНЕННЯ) network has opened in Chernihiv — for military personnel, veterans, and their family members. This is already the eighth hub of the nationwide "POVERNENNYA" network, founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support Ukraine’s Security and Defense Forces.

The seventh mental health center of the RETURNING (ukr. ПОВЕРНЕННЯ) network — founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support Ukraine’s Security and Defense Forces — has begun operating in Lutsk. Each year, four thousand service members, veterans, and their family members will be able to receive high-quality, comprehensive, and free psychological support here.

A comfortable and inclusive RETURNING (ukr. ПОВЕРНЕННЯ ) mental health center has opened in Khmelnytskyi — for service members, veterans, and their families. This is already the sixth facility of the national network founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support Ukraine’s Defense and Security Forces. |
