Victor and Elena Pinchuk honored by the Elton John AIDS Foundation

elena_pinchuk_aids_foundation.jpgVictor and Elena Pinchuk were honored for their contribution to the fight against HIV/AIDS at the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s 9th «An Enduring Vision» ceremony on October 18, 2010 in New-York. They are the first award winners from Eastern Europe in the history of the award. Other honorees were Marilyn Katzenberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg, CEO and Director of DreamWorks Animation, and Tamara Mellon, Chief Creative Officer and founder of Jimmy Choo. «An Enduring Vision» is the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s annual charitable dinner event to honor people who have made outstanding contributions to the fight against HIV/AIDS. Former awardees include the 42nd President of the USA Bill Clinton, actress Sharon Stone, rock-star Ozzy Osbourne, Chopard Co-President Caroline Gruosi-Scheufele, and the Chairman Emeritus of Estée Lauder, Leonard Lauder.
