Ukrainians to choose a “National Hero” among the nominees for the Pride of the Country Prize

The organizers of the “Pride of the Country” Prize, annually awarded by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation in partnership with Novy Kanal TV Channel and Fakty Newspaper, have decided to widen the format of the Prize.

Yesterday, on Wednesday, 14 April 2010, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, in partnership with Novy Channel and Fakty newspaper held the seventh annual award ceremony honouring the laureates of the national Prize “Pride Of The Country” and presented to the Ukrainian nation its new heroes

The Country’s Pride Prize was awarded in Kyiv on 10 April 2009

The Country’s Pride Prize award ceremony took place on 10 April 2009 at the National Ivan Franko Drama Theatre in Kyiv. This was the sixth ceremony honouring the laureates of the nationwide Prize, a project by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation implemented in close cooperation with the Novy Channel and Fakty newspaper
