image002.png RETURNING is a national project aimed at supporting the mental health of military personnel, veterans, and their families affected by the psychological trauma caused by Russia’s aggression against Ukraine.

The project is founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk.

Key objectives of the RETURNING project:

  • Creating a national network of RETURNING mental health centres, where service members, veterans, and their families can access free, professional psychological care;
  • Implementing world-class educational programs for mental health specialists,  including psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychotherapists, to ensure effective, evidence-based treatment and support.

New RETURNING Mental Health Center Opens in Ternopil

A modern mental health center for servicemen, veterans, and their families has opened in Ternopil. This is the second facility within the nationwide RETURNING network, founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support Ukraine’s Defense and Security Forces. Each year, more than 4,000 Ukrainian defenders and their families will receive free, comprehensive mental health care here.

A modern and comfortable mental health center for military personnel, veterans, and their family members has started operating in the city of Dnipro. This is the first center of the nationwide network RETURNING (ukr. POVERNENNYA), founded by Victor and Olena Pinchuk to support Ukraine’s security and defense forces. Every year, more than 4,000 defenders of Ukraine and their family members will be able to receive comprehensive mental health support here.
