The Victor Pinchuk Foundation is supporting the European Enlargement and Neighbourhood Policy Program of the Amicus Europae Foundation, which is chaired by President Kwasniewski, in order to promote the European destiny of Ukraine.

The purpose of this grant is to support debate, exchange, expertise analysis, promotion of new ideas, strategic and concrete policy recommendations about the New European Neighbourhood Policy, with a special focus on Ukraine.

Two international conferences on the European Neighbourhood Policy in Warsaw in 2006 and in Kyiv in 2007 are organized in the framework of this project.
