Zavtra.UA is one of the programs of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation aimed at providing support for talented students in Ukraine. The program's aim is to help talented students find an occupation in business and public spheres corresponding to their intellectual and professional capabilities. Through implementing the program the Foundation tries to facilitate formation and strengthening of a new generation of intellectual and business elites in Ukraine from among the graduates of the national institutions of higher education.

The Program provides for an annual open competition. The competition is held in several steps which makes it possible to assess students' intellect, aspiration for knowledge and individual scientific work in addition to leadership and communications skills. The competition winners receive monthly scholarships from the Victor Pinchuk Foundation. The Foundation pays special attention to building social interaction networks among the students. Also, the Foundation gives scholars various opportunities for personal development and education.

In 2006 Zavtra.UA program established partner relations with 11 Institutions of Higher Education of Ukraine. This year 446 applications have applied and 201 student received the scholarship. In 2007 the number of partner-universities has increased up to 32. Competion-2007 produced 316 winners which became scholarship holders.
