The Victor Pinchuk Foundation Announces a Contest for Participating at the Executive Seminar Carried out by the Aspen Institute (USA)



According to the results of the contest, the winners will have an opportunity to participate in one of week-long Executive Seminars which will take place in the Aspen Institute (USA) in 2007.

The goal of the contest is to involve the most active part of intellectual and business elite of the state in the processes of building and consolidating the Ukrainian society; contribute to the development of international cooperation between representatives of political, scientific, economic and cultural fields; strengthening and developing Ukraine as a powerful, independent, wealthy and trustworthy state.

The Executive Seminar is based on a principle of free exchange between different groups of experienced leaders as well as intellectual and business world elites which gives the opportunity to learn both from each other and from the works of outstanding philosophers of the present and the past.
    
Information on the Contest Participation:

The contest is open for citizens of Ukraine from 27 to 45 years old which: 
-    demonstrate a fluent English;
-    have a top-managerial position in their organizations (in the field of politics, state institutions, business, NGO, media, e.c)
-    interested in the philosophical themes of the seminar;
-    involved in processes of social development of the state and willing to fulfill the project of Ukrainian society evolution.

Please bear in mind that all the documents with official signatures and stamps must be provided as a scan copy as well as a text Microsoft Word document and send to the e-mail: ig@fpr.kiev.ua

Application Deadline is February 16th 2007. Incomplete sets of documents as well as e-mails delivered to the Foundation later than 16:00 (GMT + 2) will not be accepted.

Applicants who pass the first round will be invited for a meeting with the contest committee.

All expenses (seminar cost, transportation and boarding) will be covered by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation.
