The plenary sessions of the 13th Annual Meeting of the Yalta European Strategy, “The World, Europe, Ukraine: Storms of Changes”, will start on the 17th of September with a speech of Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman. Participants of the forum will discuss the course of reform in Ukraine during the debate with the head of the Ukrainian Government.

On Friday, 16 September, the plenary sessions of the 13th Yalta European Strategy annual meeting, “The World, Europe, Ukraine: Storms of Changes”, will start by a welcome speech of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, followed by the debate of speakers and participants of the forum with the chief of the Ukrainian State.

The 13th Annual Meeting of the Yalta European Strategy (YES) “The World, Europe and Ukraine: storms of changes”, organized by the international civil platform YES, in partnership with the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, will be held in Kyiv on September 15-17. The plenary sessions and special sections of the forum will take place at the Mystetsky Arsenal museum and cultural centre.
