The Victor Pinchuk Foundation has spent UAH 62,733 on repairing respiratory equipment, pulse oximeters, resuscitation tables and providing the necessary supplies for the neonatal intensive care unit of the Cradles of Hope partner centre at the Uzhgorod city maternity hospital.

On 18 July 2019, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation opened its 35th Cradles of Hope neonatal centre in Lutsk on the basis of the Volyn Regional Perinatal Centre which is now in operation after a long construction period.

As part of its technical support for the Cradles of Hope centres, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation has purchased 150 pulse oximeters worth 52,501 hryvnas for extremely preterm baby care at the National Children's Specialised Hospital Okhmatdyt.

After maintenance and replacement of worn parts, the compressors continue continue assuming their important function. The overall cost of the reparation works is UAH 66 052.

On April 11, 2019, a practice training in the prolonged inspiration method using the NeoPuff TMRD-900 infant breath resuscitator was held on the base of the Kyiv Perinatal Centre with the support of the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation and NZ Tekhno.
