Continuing the efforts for systemic support of the Cradles of Hope partner centres, the Victor Pinchuk Foundation has helped to purchase a new ultrasound microconvex transducer for the Kyiv Perinatal Centre by providing an amount of UAH 75 000 for that purpose. The transducer will be used for ultrasound examinations at the infant intensive care unit.

As part of the "BDayVyklyk: First Breath" project initiated by Ukrainian national Kateryna Sadova, on 14 August the 10th resuscitator NeoPuff TM RD-900 was handed over to the Victor Pinchuk Foundation's Cradles of Hope centre operating on the basis of the Khmelnytsky city perinatal centre. Ukrainians concerned about the problem of premature baby treatment have raised UAH 125,365 worth of the device on the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace online platform.

The Victor Pinchuk Foundation has spent UAH 62,733 on repairing respiratory equipment, pulse oximeters, resuscitation tables and providing the necessary supplies for the neonatal intensive care unit of the Cradles of Hope partner centre at the Uzhgorod city maternity hospital.
