Israeli Presidential Conference

We support the Israeli Presidential Conference “Facing Tomorrow,” which brings together leaders from all walks of life.“Facing Tomorrow” is an annual global conference initiated in 2008 by Shimon Peres, the President of Israel. The Presidential Conference focuses on tomorrow’s world, investigates the trends that are shaping the future, and explores strategies which may bring a better future for Israel, the Jewish people and the world at large.

The speakers in 2009 included, among others, Shimon Peres, President of the State of Israel; Tony Blair, former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom; Javier Solana, EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy; Leonid Kuchma, former President of Ukraine; Vaclav Klaus, President of the Czech Republic, and James D. Wolfensohn, former President of the World Bank.
