Времена ГодаVictor Pinchuk and the Foundation have long supported various arts projects in Ukraine, and have taken a particular interest in classical music. The Garry Logvin Four Seasons chamber orchestra (Vremena Goda) in Dnepropetrovsk was formed in April 1993 as part of an initiative by Garry Logvin, a noted Ukrainian violinist, who is also a concertmaster of the orchestra of Dnepropetrovsk Opera and Ballet House, and an honored artist of Ukraine. Also involved in the initiative was Dmitry Logvin, a conductor, and an honored art worker of Ukraine.

Victor Pinchuk has been patronizing this orchestra for its whole history. The orchestra, conducted by Dmitry Logvin, has played more than 100 concerts, and its programs included pieces by J.S. Bach, Mozart, Haydn, Vivaldi, Grieg, Chaikovsky, Bortnyansky, Shostakovich, as the popular miniatures of Kreisler, Mancini, Gershwin, and Piazzolla.
